Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacement of products will only be issued in the event that an item is deemed faulty. The Cosmetic Mat is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you have received an incorrect item, or believe your product to be damaged or defective, please contact us at thecosmeticmat@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order confirmation number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. This will assist us in locating your order promptly and ensuring your request is processed efficiently.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
