Where does The Cosmetic Mat ship to?

The Cosmetic Mat currently ships within Australia, New Zealand and United States. We plan to expand in the future and offer our services Internationally.

All of our parcels are carried with Australia Post.

What are our shipping rates?

Aus - Standard Shipping - $10 

Aus - Express Shipping - $15

We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia when you spend over $100

NZ - Standard Shipping - $22.27 NZD

US - Standard Shipping - $19 USD

When will my order ship?


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding NSW public holidays.

During peak sale events (such as Black Friday, Afterpay Day, or Boxing Day), please allow up to 5 additional business days for dispatch. Delivery delays may also occur via third-party providers like Australia Post during these busy times—these are unfortunately beyond our control.


Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. For real-time updates, we recommend downloading the AusPost app to track your parcel directly on your device.

Note: The Cosmetic Mat is not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or for parcels not collected from an Australia Post location after delivery attempts. If your package is returned to us, our Customer Service team will contact you, and any additional postage costs for re-delivery will be your responsibility.


Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at thecosmeticmat@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details. We’ll do our best to help, but if your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.

Reminder: We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide refunds in these cases.

If your order arrives with a major or minor fault, you may be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Please email thecosmeticmat@gmail.com with your order number and details, and our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
